If your product is defective or ineffective, immediately let our staff know within 30 days of receiving your parcel and we'll send you a replacement. We are unable to accept returns for products damaged due to customer error.

Refunds
We offer a 30-day, no-hassle refund policy. If you aren't completely satisfied with your purchase, simply send the product back within 30 days of receiving your parcel, and we will promptly refund your money. Cancellations
If you cancel your purchase within 24-hours, we can unconditionally refund your money. Otherwise, your items will have to be sent back to us once they reach you.
Return Shipping Costs
It is your responsibility to pay any shipping costs when returning a product. These costs are nonrefundable. Should you receive a refund on your purchase, the cost of shipping will be deducted from it. The time it takes for your exchanged product to reach you will largely vary on your location.
Should the item you return be over $75, we strongly encourage you to use a track shipping service or shipping insurance.

SHIPPING
We ship all items out World Wide Insured USPS Standard Shipping. Rush shipping is currently unavailable for select items due to high demand.
Once our team processes your order within 1-2 days, expect to get your package within 7-12 business days after purchase, depending on customs clearance or the type of shipping method you choose.
You will be given a shipping confirmation email from us within 2-4 days including a tracking number and a link to track your parcel.
